众科磁翻板液位计选型注意事项

  磁翻板液位计是一款液位测量仪表,又称为磁性翻板液位计,磁翻柱液位计。在石油、化工、船舶、食品等各行业生产过程中的液位测量与控制方面有着广泛应用。但不同的行业,甚至同一行业不同企业的应用工况差别较大,这就需要根据实际工况选择相应型号的磁翻板液位计,以与工况相匹配。为更好地满足液位测量的需要,用户需要将自己的工况特点和实际需求与厂家进行充分沟通,正确选型。

  一、介质属性


  测量介质的物理化学属性(如腐蚀性)等对磁翻板液位计具有较大影响,不同的介质属性直接决定了选择何种类型的磁翻板液位计。所以不了解所测介质属性就随意选用磁翻板液位计,不仅会影响磁翻板液位计的可靠测量,也会直接影响磁翻板液位计的使用寿命,甚至出现磁翻板液位计根本无法用于测量的情况。


  二、现场环境


  仪表的现场环境是否有爆炸危险、工作压力和温度、安装条件、液位变化的速度,对磁翻板液位计的选型都有较大影响。如果是在有爆炸危险的场所使用,一般需要安装防爆磁开关的远传磁翻板液位计,防爆的类型通常有本安与隔爆型两种。如果仪表安装在灰尘较大或潮湿的场合,则需要选用防护等级较高的磁翻板液位计等等。


  三、量程


  量程就是所要测量液位的上下法兰中心距。在使用磁翻板液位计测量液位的高度时,量程是关键的影响因素之一。如果量程误差较大,则会直接影响测量的效果。在确定磁翻板液位计的量程时,一般需要根据所要测量的液位储罐的高度,选择相应尺寸的磁翻板液位计。如果实在无法确认具体的量程,在施工时,可能需要对安装位置进行调整才能满足工况。


  四、安装方式


  磁翻板液位计的安装方式主要有侧装和顶装两种。侧装是在槽罐上使用最多的一种安装方式。但在遇有放置于地下的储罐时,为便于安装与观测,就需要选择顶装型磁翻板液位计。


  五、法兰尺寸


  法兰的尺寸一般是指法兰与罐子的安装接口对应的大小,比较常规的安装尺寸有DN20、DN25、DN40、DN50、DN80等,当然也可根据储罐的连接方式定制。


  六、材质要求


  磁翻板液位计正常使用的材质有304不锈钢、316L不锈钢、PP材质、PVC材质等,遇到腐蚀性强的测量介质必须选用304或316L作为基材的衬四氟、衬F46产品。


  七、配套要求


  磁翻板液位计与不同的产品相配套,有许多不同类型的产品,比如顶装型、侧装型、带远传信号输出、真空夹套保温型、蒸汽夹套保温、电加热保温、防腐型等等。


  如果我们不仅需要现场观测还需要远程观测和控制时,就需要加装远传信号装置,配置4~20mA远传变送器以及是否需要带上限报警开关以及具体数量等。在北方地区的冬季或者测量现场有经常性低温状况时,我们就需要选择保温型的产品,保温型的产品主要有三种:真空夹套保温型、蒸汽夹套保温、电加热保温,其中电加热方式安装相对灵活,蒸汽夹套保温型则需要配套有相应的加热蒸汽。


  磁翻板液位计适合安装在各种塔、罐、槽、球形容器及锅炉等设备的侧面或顶端用于各种介质的液体测量。产品防护等级IP65、IP66/IP67可选,超过国标IP54要求,高密封、防泄漏,由于液体介质与指示器完全隔离,测量液位安全可靠。产品测量范围大,全过程测量无盲区,可清晰直观地显示出容器内的液位或界位。配上磁性开关和液位远传变送器,可以实现液位的上下限报警和控制,可将信号转换成二线制4~20mA标准信号,实现远距离检测、指示、记录和控制。

  Magnetic flap level gauge is a liquid level measuring instrument,also known as magnetic flap level gauge,magnetic column level gauge.It is widely used in the measurement and control of liquid level in the production process of petroleum,chemical,shipping,food and other industries.However,the application conditions of different industries,even different enterprises in the same industry are quite different,so it is necessary to select the corresponding type of magnetic flap level gauge according to the actual working conditions to match the working conditions.In order to better meet the needs of liquid level measurement,users need to fully communicate their own working conditions and actual needs with the manufacturer,and select the correct type.


  1、Media properties


  The physical and chemical properties(such as corrosivity)of the measuring medium have a great influence on the magnetic flap level gauge.Different medium properties directly determine the type of magnetic flap level gauge.Therefore,if you do not know the properties of the measured medium,you can choose the magnetic flap level gauge at will,which will not only affect the reliable measurement of the magnetic flap level gauge,but also directly affect the service life of the magnetic flap level gauge,and even the magnetic flap level gauge can not be used for measurement at all.


  2、Site environment


  Whether there is explosion hazard in the field environment of the instrument,working pressure and temperature,installation conditions and the speed of liquid level change have great influence on the selection of magnetic turnover level gauge.If it is used in the place with explosion risk,it is generally necessary to install remote magnetic turnover level gauge with explosion-proof magnetic switch.There are two types of explosion-proof types:intrinsically safe and flameproof.If the instrument is installed in the dust or wet places,it is necessary to select the magnetic flap level gauge with higher protection level.


  3、Range


  The measuring range is the center distance between the upper and lower flanges of the liquid level to be measured.Measuring range is one of the key factors when measuring the height of liquid level with magnetic flap level gauge.If the range error is large,it will directly affect the measurement effect.When determining the range of the magnetic flap level gauge,it is generally necessary to select the corresponding size of the magnetic flap level gauge according to the height of the tank to be measured.If the specific range cannot be confirmed,the installation position may need to be adjusted to meet the working conditions during construction.


  4、Installation mode


  The installation methods of magnetic flap level gauge are mainly side mounted and top mounted.Side mounting is one of the most commonly used installation methods on tanks.However,in the case of underground storage tanks,in order to facilitate installation and observation,it is necessary to select the top mounted magnetic flap level gauge.


  5、Flange size


  The size of flange generally refers to the size corresponding to the installation interface between the flange and the tank.The conventional installation dimensions include DN20,DN25,Dn40,DN50,DN80,etc.of course,it can also be customized according to the connection mode of the tank.


  6、Material requirements


  The normal materials of magnetic flap level gauge include 304 stainless steel,316L stainless steel,PP material,PVC material,etc.in case of strong corrosive measurement medium,304 or 316L products with PTFE lining and F46 lining as base material must be selected.


  7、Matching requirements


  There are many different types of products,such as top mounted type,side mounted type,with remote signal output,vacuum jacket insulation type,steam jacket insulation type,electric heating insulation type,anti-corrosion type and so on.


  If we need not only on-site observation,but also remote observation and control,we need to install remote signal device,configure 4-20mA remote transmission transmitter,whether it needs to be equipped with upper limit alarm switch and the specific number.In the winter of northern China or when there are frequent low-temperature conditions on the measurement site,we need to choose thermal insulation products.There are three main types of thermal insulation products:vacuum jacket insulation,steam jacket insulation and electric heating insulation.The installation of electric heating mode is relatively flexible,and the steam jacket insulation type needs to be equipped with corresponding heating steam.


  The magnetic flap level gauge is suitable for installation on the side or top of various towers,tanks,tanks,spherical vessels and boilers,and is used for liquid measurement of various media.The product protection grade is IP65,IP66/IP67,which exceeds the requirements of national standard IP54.It is highly sealed and leak proof.Because the liquid medium is completely isolated from the indicator,it is safe and reliable to measure the liquid level.The measurement range of the product is large,and there is no blind area in the whole process of measurement,and the liquid level or boundary position in the container can be clearly and intuitively displayed.Equipped with magnetic switch and liquid level remote transmitter,the upper and lower limit alarm and control of liquid level can be realized,and the signal can be converted into two-wire 4-20mA standard signal to realize remote detection,indication,recording and control.
