磁翻板液位计是如何通过干簧管进行信号远传输出的

 磁翻板液位计广泛应用于电力、石油、化工、冶金、环保、造船、建筑、食品等行业生产过程中的液位测控。该产品是根据浮力原理和磁耦合效应研制的。指示器的红白交界处为容器内部液位的实际高度,以实现液位的清晰显示。


 磁翻板液位计工作原理:

 The working principle of the magnetic flap liquid level meter with remote transmitter is that the magnetic float acts on the magnetic spring switch to change the number of resistance connected into the circuit,so that the sensor part can produce the electrical resistance signal corresponding to the liquid level change.Through the signal converter,the resistance signal can be converted into 4~20mA current signal.There are almost no energy storage components such as capacitors,inductors and so on.Communication protocol can be superimposed or bus communication can be used.

 Reed,also known as reed or magnetic reed switch,is a special magnetic sensitive switch,which is the main component of reed relay and proximity switch.It usually has two metal spring contacts made of soft magnetic materials,which are disconnected when there is no magnetic field,and some have a third spring which is normally closed.These reed contacts are encapsulated in glass tubes filled with inert gas or vacuum.The ends of parallel packaged reed plates in the glass tube overlap and leave certain gaps or contact each other to form the normally open or normally closed contacts of the switch.As long as a magnet is close to it,the two nodes of the reed will be pulled together to make the circuit conduction.The quality of reed directly affects the accuracy and service life of the remote transmission of the magnetic flap level gauge,so how to select the reed tube is what the manufacturer must pay attention to.
